Nexodo creates a canonical product record without discarding the values received from each source. Reusable mappings turn recurring supplier headings into shared attributes, while categories and validation rules define what a complete record requires.

Import previews isolate additions, changes, conflicts, and invalid rows before they alter the catalog. Accepted batches create product history and can be rolled back when a source delivery is wrong.

Team and distribution

Owner, editor, and viewer roles limit who can change product information. Review remains centered on the fields and source differences that require a decision rather than an undifferentiated spreadsheet.

For commerce output, Nexodo currently provides a managed Shopify workflow with a payload preview. It does not present native BigCommerce publishing, a library of marketplace feed templates, public brand portals, or automatic product-sheet PDFs as generally available features.

Feature checklists can hide important differences in implementation depth. Test a representative supplier file, introduce a meaningful revision, resolve a conflict, inspect the quality queue, and preview the channel output.

If the evaluation requires AI copy generation, automated image transformation, multichannel feed templates, a no-code brand portal, or live PDF generation, record those requirements explicitly. Nexodo will not present those adjacent modules as production features until they are verified.

Does Nexodo include unlimited users?

Nexodo's published Pro and Scale plans include unlimited seats. Roles still control who can view or edit product data.

Which inputs are currently supported?

CSV files and connected Google Sheets are the verified inputs. Native XLSX and PDF extraction are not currently presented as production features.

Which commerce platform is supported?

The current verified commerce workflow is managed Shopify publishing with an outgoing payload preview.

Does Nexodo include a full feed manager or brand portal?

Not as a generally available feature today. Those requirements should be treated as product-fit criteria rather than assumed from the PIM label.
