Connect a CSV or Google Sheet, reuse the source mapping, and preview the proposed changes. Validation checks required fields and formats while conflict review isolates values that need a human decision.

After approval, Nexodo applies the accepted batch, records history, and prepares approved products for a Shopify payload preview. A bad batch can be rolled back without reconstructing the prior catalog manually.

Ownership

Assign decisions to roles, not inboxes.

Owners, admins, editors, and viewers create a responsibility model around product records. Attribute-level permissions further restrict who can edit particular fields.

Teams can create approval stages, assign a product and responsible teammate, set due dates, transition or approve work, add product comments with email mentions, and emit signed webhooks after product changes.

Measurement

Track supplier cycle time, corrections, and publication errors.

Measure the time from receiving a revision to approving it, the number of unresolved conflicts, completeness by category, corrections after publication, and the frequency of rollbacks.

These measures reveal whether the PIM is reducing operational work. A workflow diagram alone does not prove that the team can identify and resolve product-data risk faster.
