A PIM-backed brand portal can expose selected products, attributes, images, documents, and downloads to internal teams, distributors, retailers, or customers. Updates should flow from the governed product record so users do not receive an obsolete copy.

Create a selected-product portal with a one-time access URL.

Administrators can select products, add portal context, and issue a public tokenized URL. The token is shown once and stored only as a hash; disabling the portal stops public access.

Portal appearance can be created and updated with an HTTPS logo, accent and background colors, grid or list layout, comfortable or compact density, selected visible fields, and optional completeness. Custom domains, arbitrary CSS, scripts, and a free-form drag-and-drop theme builder are not claimed.

Change a product value and asset, revoke a user's access, remove a product from the shared assortment, and export a selection. Confirm when each change becomes visible and what remains cached.
